El Ojo de Iberoamérica announced the opening of the submission system for pieces, campaigns and ideas for the 26th edition of the festival to be held from November 14th to 16th in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
In addition, the award also announced the creation of two new categories, El Ojo Health & Pharma and El Ojo Creative Commerce, and the change in the name of the category El Ojo Eficcia to El Ojo Eficcia & Transformação Criativa do Negcio.

Agencies, producers and advertisers can now submit their ideas, works and cases to participate in El Ojo de Iberoamérica 2023. The first registration period with discounts and benefits is valid until July 31st.
In addition, to help optimize the budgets of each company, this year the award will be maintained the possibility of registration in the Book format, which consists of a package of pieces at a preferential price for the number of pieces entered and which will allow them to participate in the awards for Ibero-America and automatically in the El Ojo + Mujeres Award and the Best Idea in the Country Award in El Ojo Local.

New categories and changes
The festival announced the creation of two new categories, El Ojo Health & Pharma and El Ojo Creative Commerce, the latter sponsored by VMLY&R Commerce, and the change of name of the category El Ojo Eficcia to El Ojo Eficacia & Transformação Criativa de Negcio.
At El Ojo Health & Pharma, the works must be directed to specific professionals and patient groups in relation to the management of a disease or medical condition diagnosed and treated by a health professional. Cases must be created specifically to shape the understanding of medical conditions, guide their treatment, and/or advocate for the development or delivery of these treatments.
In the El Ojo Creative Commerce category, sponsored by VMLY&R Commerce, entries must demonstrate how innovation and optimization at every point of the end-to-end customer journey has led to increased customer engagement and business success.
Another novelty for the 26th edition of El Ojo Iberoamerica was the addition of the subcategory “Local Brand/Specific Market” in the categories El Ojo Film, Graphics, Radio & Audio, Outdoor, Direct, Brand Experience & Activation, Content and El Ojo Efficiency & Creative Business Transformation.
The purpose of these changes is to give visibility to small brands, which with great effort continue to bet on creativity, having a much tighter budget than the big brands. At the same time, the category seeks to give visibility to the actions of major global brands in relation to specific issues of a community.
