A Docket, legaltech company that offers the market all the infrastructure for operations that depend on documents, helping companies reduce bureaucracy through technology and data, announces Liliana Bauer as head of the Marketing area.
With more than 20 years of experience and working for large multinational companies, such as Citibank, Coca-Cola, HSBC and Bradesco, in addition to startups such as Remessa Online and Quero Educação, the executive will develop Marketing, Sales, Brand Management and Strategic Business strategies to expand the company’s area of operation.

Through the use of data and technology, it generates insights deep and complete, able to outline precise strategies for clients, optimizing companies’ processes, making their operations more efficient, more assertive decisions and viable businesses. Our mission is to reinforce the company’s market positioning, so that it continues to grow exponentially, in a healthy and sustainable way throughout the country”, comments Liliana.
The new CMO arrives to reinforce the company’s team, which in March of this year also introduced Guilherme Vaisman (formerly at Ambev and Vale) as Chief Financial Operation (CFO) and Alejandro Raposo (formerly at Claro NXT and Unico) as Vice President of Sales.
Docket was founded in 2016 by Flavio Castaldi, Pedro Roso and Rodrigo Lopes, and offers solutions for various sectors, such as agribusiness, financial institutions, construction companies, energy, telecommunications, retail and others.
Since 2018, when it started operating in the B2B market, legaltech it has already helped release R$50 billion in operations, such as real estate financing and agricultural credit. A scale-up still listed the rankings ‘Linkedin Top Startups’, ‘100 Startups to Watch’ and ‘100 Open Startups 2019’, also recently receiving EY’s ‘Entrepreneur of the Year Brazil’ award.
