Most loved beauty brand in the state of So Paulo, The Apothecary This Sunday (17th) participates in the 9th edition of the Pinheiros Festival, an event guided by sustainability and which covers seven blocks of Rua dos Pinheiros, in the capital of São Paulo. Expected to receive 100,000 participants, the festival encourages sustainable conversation while promoting local commerce amid a gastronomic program and musical, children’s attractions and incentives for the creative economy. The event, organized by Coletivo Pinheiros, is free and targeted at residents, regulars and businesses in the neighborhood.
Bringing waste management to the center of its activation, the brand seeks to raise awareness about the importance of recycling and engage participants through a space located in front of the Boticrio Lab concept store, reinforcing the importance of Recycle bots, Brazil’s largest reverse logistics program at collection points in the cosmetics sector. On site, visitors can purchase required sustainable activities (the proceeds of which will be donated to social actions in the neighborhood, aimed at training vulnerable people) and also receive personalized gifts.
In addition to the educational activation, O Boticário will sponsor the collection of waste generated at the festival. Selective collection points will be installed throughout the event, and a team will separate and correctly dispose of the waste.
