Sherpa42 adopted artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize processes and offer more personalized and engaging experiences for its customers. Based on the agency’s tagline “EXPLORE. DISCOVER. CONNECT, Sherpa42 entered into a partnership with NAVE AI, a consultancy specialized in AI led by Renato Gil and Henrique Musso, and now has professionals trained and updated on the latest trends and practices of these resources.
Since we went to SxSw 2023, we have been studying and understanding the topic even better. But we cannot fail to mention that AI is a tool, not a complete solution. It will be used to improve existing processes, not to replace them. Our intention with the partnership is to bring to the internal team all the know-how on how to use AI tools to optimize Sherpa42’s work processes and guarantee assertiveness, agility and increased productivity, and consequently, ensure that all employees know the main tools and know which one to use in each situation, explains Edinho Potsch, founder and co-CEO.
