Project is part of the brand’s initiative to be able to contribute to the financial autonomy of people in the community
Amstel has joined forces Nha! to launch an initiative that promises to transform lives and businesses. The Business of Pride platform is an online program designed especially to boost LGBTQIAPN+ entrepreneurship, strengthen companies led by members of this community and collaborate with their financial autonomy.
“Our belief in financial autonomy as a vehicle for authenticity and freedom led us to create this project in partnership with Raquel Virginia and Nha!. We are happy and excited about the possibility of generating enriching content and providing an acceleration in the professional development of countless people from the community”, celebrates Vanessa Brando, marketing director for the Heineken Group’s mainstream brands.
By participating in the initiative, the public will have access to the five chapters that will be available on Nha!’s Conta platform. Each chapter has four video lessons, totaling 20 videos with countless content that organize ideas, information and paths for those looking to improve their business. Participants will be able to watch at their own pace and as many times as they want. In addition, teaching materials and a Discussion Forum will be made available, where they can interact, share opinions and explore the comments of other professionals on the highlighted topics.
From the beginning of conversations between the brand and Nha!, the idea of having a program like Amstel Negocis do Orgulho was not just a series of courses, but rather a transformative experience, which could encourage LGBTQIAPN+ entrepreneurs to conduct their activities with more ownership and, thus, feel part of a community-ecosystem.
All episodes of the project will be available free of charge, allowing for an accessible and flexible learning experience.
