The CEO & Partner of LewLara TBWA Brasil will preside over the Media category jury
Festival El Ojo de Iberoamrica announced Mrcia Esteves, CEO & Partner of LewLara TBWA Brasil, as jury president of the Media category. So far, she is the only Brazilian on the list.
The Brazilian has more than 20 years of experience in the agency market, working on building brands and, throughout her career, she has been directly involved in projects that resulted in important awards.
Marcia began her career working at Fischer America in 2001. In 2002, the executive joined Rapp Brasil, working for clients in Brazil and throughout Latin America until 2010, when she also implemented a digital operation for PepsiCo in Latin America.
In 2011, Marcia went to Wunderman Brasil with the mission of structuring and leading the agency’s Consumer Goods clients, such as Danone & P&G. Two years later, she joined Leo Burnett Tailor Made, with the challenge of integrating digital culture into all areas of the agency and, in addition, pitching to all clients seeking digital opportunities.
Currently, Marcia is President of the Brazilian Association of Advertising Agencies (Abap), Vice-President of the Amcham Council, Advisor to the Network of Women Entrepreneurs and the National Forum of Women Entrepreneurs.
The Festival also announced the jury presidents for the Film, Brand Experience & Activation, Creative Commerce, Media, Content, Design, Digital & Social, Graphics and Graphic Production categories.
The first names announced were Gustavo Laura, co-founder and CCO of We Believers, and Emiliano Gonzlez de Pietri, CCO of McCann Spain and chief director of creative integration at McCann Worldgroup. They will be jury chairs for Film and Brand Experience & Activation. In addition to them, El Ojo had also announced Said Gil, CEO of Dentsu Creative Mexico, as president of the Digital & Social jury.
Now, the Festival has also announced Manuel Bord, Global CCO of VMLY&R Commerce (USA) as jury president for the Creative Commerce category; Augusto Landauro, Chief Content Officer of Wunderman Thompson Latam as president of the Content jury, Josefina Casellas, VP Executive Creative Director SS LATAM of R/GA, as president of the Design jury and Mara Lujn Donaire, General Creative Director of HOY by Havas Buenos Aires, as president of the Graphics and Graphic Production category
The festival will take place between the 14th and 16th of November, at La Rural, in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
