Yellow September is the month of global awareness about mental health and suicide prevention. With this in mind, the NGO CVV (Center for the Valorization of Life) teamed up with producer Porta dos Fundos to talk about the importance of taking care of mental health.
The campaign, titled #semrisada, features the participation of Rafael Portugal and Antonio Tabet who, in a natural way, talk about the importance of awareness and suicide prevention, without any taboo associated with the topic.
The idea for the action was created by Eduardo Cabral, executive at WMcCann, who has worked for the last five years as a volunteer planner for CVV campaigns focusing on raising awareness about mental health.
The idea of this digital stunt is to hack the signs of a giant creator, like Porta dos Fundos, and subvert the logic of the audience that is already used to consuming the channel’s good humor for an issue as serious and delicate as the one we are raising, he explained. Cabral.
