Americanas and Vibra (formerly BR Distribuidora) created Vem Conveniência, a new brand for the network of convenience stores at gas stations that will integrate the BR Mania and Local stores. Each company will have a 50% stake in the new company, which has its own governance.
Vibra has experience in franchising and capillarity in its network of Petrobras flagged service stations. Americanas, in turn, operates in an integrated manner, combining physical stores, digital channels, its fintech Ame, which already offers digital payment at Petrobras gas stations.
