Campaign shows how easy it is for Bradesco customers to use the app and with BIA
Bradesco debuted the “It’s Easy with Bradesco” campaign, which seeks to reinforce how the bank’s products and services can make customers’ lives easier through a more simplified and effective access journey.
The campaign’s creative concept makes a correlation between ‘easy versus difficult’ and brings people with unique skills performing challenging actions such as, for example, a radical slackline crossing of mountains or an incredible sequence of dives.
The films highlight the facilities that Bradesco customers have in the palm of their hands, showing how easy it is to perform services on the app or WhatsApp with BIA. The communications also highlight other credit, investment and card use facilities. “Our focus is to provide the best experience to customers and this new campaign is an example of the brand’s commitment to simplifying, facilitating and making their digital financial journey increasingly safe and friendly, like the snap of a finger”, explains Jos Maurcio Lilla, head Bradesco’s communication system.
The campaign will be broadcast on Open TV, on the main broadcasters, as well as on Closed TV on the SportTV channel, in addition to online, printed and DOOH media. On social media, Bradesco chose influencer Melqui (@dicasdomelqui) to produce exclusive content for @bradesco profiles on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Youtube. A Branded Mission action is also planned on TikTok, with a squad of influencers who will reinforce the communication message and curation of internet scenes of difficult situations that will compose the pieces, in addition to a special landing page on the bank’s website.
