The long holiday week saw few movements in the market. Among advertisers, the main one was the arrival of Roberto Gnypek as the new marketing director of Habibs.
With more than 25 years of experience, the executive was invited to lead the areas of Branding, Trade Marketing, Communication, CRM, Digital Sales and Sales Intelligence for all brands in the group which, in addition to Habibs, includes Ragazzo, Tendall Grill and the recently launched Mita and Cabulosa.
One of Roberto’s main objectives is to accelerate the digital transformation process and increasingly boost Habibs’ business, in addition to reinforcing the quality of products and services that, for more than three decades, have helped build consumer loyalty in the network.
In terms of agencies, the highlight was Propeg. The agency announced Marcos Fonseca as the new executive vice-president. At the agency since 2005, he is a lawyer and worked at a bank in the retail, cards and personal services departments.
At the agency, he was previously director in the areas of administration, finance and operations, in addition to having held the position of legal vice-president and compliance, implementing Compliance and LGPD.
Pros hired three executives for leadership positions. According to the agency, the arrivals reinforce the service and production areas, in response to the increase in demand brought by the arrival of new customers and the expansion of presence in strategic accounts.
For assistance, account directors arrive Manoela Galvo e Mariana Demarche. The production area is now led by the director Fernanda Purchio.

The World Creativity Organization (WCO) announced the arrival of two new leaders, with Julius Wiedemann assuming the role of partner and co-CEO of the World Festival of Creativity and Luiz Serafim as partner and executive director of World Creativity Day.

A Tropical Films announced the arrival of Asaph Luccas as the house’s new stage director. She will reinforce the cast of directors made up of Rog Souza, Camila Cornelsen and Rodrigo de Paula.
At the audiovisual producer Mercurythe news was three new hires. Amanda Lavenre, Ana Ocampos e Juliana Salviano arrive to reinforce the project and production team.
Meanwhile, in Purpplewhoever arrived was Gabriela Mordhorst, who wants to be the new business manager. She will join the team led by Melissa Gamoeda, business director of the agency.
The professional takes care of special projects and new business. The first challenge is to deliver the Wizard 2024 campaign.
For the last ten years, Gabriela has worked at the Marche Group (St. Marche Supermercado, Emprio Santa Maria, Eataly), where she worked in the areas of marketing, new business, innovation and, lastly, was ESG manager.
