The Women with Impact program announces its next online seminar this Tuesday (31st) at 12pm, with the aim of exploring the experiences of entrepreneurs involved in the project and the impact they achieved. Furthermore, the seminar will analyze the valuable insightschallenges and opportunities identified from the study of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in four Ibero-American cities: Rio de Janeiro, So Paulo, Lisbon and Buenos Aires.
Created by the Lisbon City Council and the Union of Ibero-American Cities, in collaboration with Impact Hub Lisbon, and carried out by the Impact Hubs of Rio de Janeiro, So Paulo and Buenos Aires, the initiative is the result of a partnership between public and private institutions from partner countries, and targets female entrepreneurs who want to boost their businesses and achieve their goals.
To support and boost female entrepreneurship, the program focuses on three main activities: Training, Seminar and Report. In the training stage, which has selections carried out periodically (the most recent took place in July this year), 50 selected entrepreneurs have the opportunity to develop and improve their skills using a format that combines theory and practice.
The stage is divided into three modules, and the sessions are carried out online. The content covers topics such as positioning and value proposition, business model and financial plan, as well as sales and marketing channels. Mentoring also plays a fundamental role in training, promoting two group sessions and the creation of an entrepreneurial community. This provides a space for exchange where participants can share their learning, promote networking and inspire each other.
