Year-to-date, the company recorded a 15% increase in value compared to the same period in 2022
Eletromidia presented its consolidated results for the 3rd quarter of 2023, which showed that the company had gross revenue of R$259 million, representing a growth of 22% compared to the previous quarter and 8.9% when compared to 2022.
In the year to date, the company recorded a value of R$667 million, an increase of 15% compared to the same period last year.
“In the third quarter, Eletromidia reached significant milestones that reflect our continued commitment to the evolution of the media and technology market. This phase was characterized not only by solid financial results, but also by our consolidation in the Brazilian advertising market”, stated Alexandre Guerrero , CEO of Eletromidia.
According to the data presented, the company’s EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) totaled R$79.5 million in the 3rd quarter of 2023, a growth of 32% over the same period last year on comparable bases (proforma ), with a margin of 35% and R$180 million in the year to date, with growth of 41% compared to 2022.
Adjusted net profit, in turn, reached R$66 million in the nine months of 2023, a growth of 108% compared to the same period of the previous year, and the adjusted net margin was 10.9%. Another highlight of the company in the period evaluated was the 42% growth in the street vertical, totaling R$ 122.5 million in the quarter.
Eletromidia’s third quarter began with the official launch of “Abrigo Amigo”, a project that transformed around 100 bus stops distributed between São Paulo, Campinas (SP) and Rio de Janeiro (RJ) into a public-private integration to bring the sensation security measures for unaccompanied women while waiting for public transport.
In September 2023, Eletromidia was the winner of the Infraero concession for the installation and maintenance of advertising equipment in the passenger terminals at Santos Dumont Airport in Rio de Janeiro. The concession covers the lobby and the arrivals and departures hall, with a 60-month contract.
For 2024, the company has entered into strategic partnerships with Entertainment & Media events, such as Lollapalooza, the LGBTQIA+ parade, Rock in Rio and Frmula 1. “We are excited about the prospects of the future and reaffirm our continued commitment to innovation in the media industry, aiming at the constant generation of value”, concluded Guerrero.
