Marina Cantafio will take on the role of leading the People & Experience pillar
Greenz presented Marina Cantafio as its new head of people. She will take on the role of leading the People & Experience pillar, which aims to accelerate employees’ careers and was created in 2021.
“Marina’s arrival is an important milestone for us. She joins the team at a time of very accelerated growth, when our focus needs to be even more on people and talent management”, stated Fbio Meneghati, CEO of Greenz.
Marina Cantafio HR professional with more than 20 years of career, having worked for companies such as PwC, UOL, Grupo RBS, Wunderman-Thompson, Smart Fit, Simpar and Dr. Oetker.
