The marketing team includes Bruno Coutinho as the new marketing director (CMO) and Marcela Schikovski as brand and communications coordinator, who arrive with the challenge of building a brand platform and structuring the marketing area for the new moment. of the company.
Known for his experience in the marketing and communications sector, Coutinho co-founded PM3 and helped transform the school into a reference in the technology segment. Over more than 15 years, he has also served as a leader in companies such as Catho, EF EnglishLive and OLX Group in Europe, where he held the position of head of marketing.
Marcela has more than 12 years of experience and has worked for Citron, Aviva and Olist. She has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from PUCPR and a specialization in Digital Content Strategy from PUCRS, and also works as a professor at PUCPR.
With a focus on improving the experience of its customers throughout immigration planning, the company also brings to the team the head of customer experience David da Costa Mota, who had experience at Adecco, OLX and IKEA, the executive has more than 15 years of experience of sales experience, customer experience and customer success.
