Seeking to offer the best travel experience, LATAM and Audi do Brasil announced the launch of a unique service in South America for the most loyal passengers who board with the company at Congonhas airport, in So Paulo.
From December 4th, customers in the Black Signature category of LATAM PASS will have access to a transfer service at remote gates at São Paulo airport with fully electric vehicles from the German manufacturer. The new feature aims to recognize and improve the experience of customers who most choose LATAM to fly by providing more privacy and comfort.
“The constant improvement of our customers’ experience is our priority, as is the focus on sustainability. This partnership represents a real leap forward in these agendas by positioning LATAM as the only area in South America to offer this service to its most frequent customers, in addition to to contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions when using electric vehicles, explains Paulo Miranda, vice president of customers at LATAM Airlines Group.
