As in Black Friday approaching, the Bradesco intensifies its awareness-raising actions with tips for customers to take advantage of the period’s opportunities safely. The communications strategy includes a TV campaign and exclusive content on social media, presented by actor, magician and comedian Gabriel Louchard and influencer Rodrigo Ges.
Louchard returns to star in the films of this new stage of the anti-fraud campaign ‘Those who know the trick, don’t fall into the trap’, which was launched by the bank in June and now returns with new productions focusing on Black Friday. Two 30-second films will be shown to encourage purchases in this season full of good promotions, but with caution and in a safe way. Among the topics are tips on how to protect yourself when using Pix in transactions, for example.
For interaction on social media, the bank chose influencer Rodrigo Ges, known for his Fake Natty board. Recently, Ges participated in the bank’s first online action in a video where he gave tips on how to identify and prevent fraudsters who get in touch pretending to be BIA, Bradesco’s artificial intelligence. Now, the content broadcast will specifically talk about the care needed to make good Black Friday purchases with peace of mind and without any unforeseen events, all in an educational, humorous and light way.
Our focus is to provide the best experience to customers. The actions around Black Friday are an example of the brand’s commitment to making their financial journey during shopping increasingly safer and thus taking advantage of this time of year that brings great offers, comments José Mauricio Lilla, head of Communications at Bradesco .
The campaign will be broadcast on open and closed TV stations, as well as radio, print media and OOH/DOOH media. The pieces for social media will be presented on the official @Rodrigoamgoes profile on TikTok, Instagram and Youtube. Check out one of the campaign films, ‘Pix without a trap’.
