Popular vote surpassed the mark of 23 thousand participations
With 23,416 thousand votes, voting for propmark’s Best of the Year ended this Wednesday (22), with the winners of this year’s edition of the tribute, divided into ten categories.
In the ‘Advertising Agency’ category, the Africa Creative was placed first, ahead of DM9 and AlmapBBDO. The ‘Advertiser of the Year’ chosen was Ita.
A Hands won in the ‘Live Marketing Agency’ category, followed by Atenas and Dream Factory. Among the three OOH companies that competed, the winner was Electromedia.
In the ‘Platform’ category, the winner was Instagram, with TikTok in second place. In ‘Vehicle’, they appeared Globo in first, Record and UOL, respectively, second and third place.
Gallery campaign made for Ita, ‘So you can get there’ was the favorite among voters in ‘Campaign of the Year’, surpassing the action of Volks and Eletromidia. Laura Esteves (DM9) won in ‘Creative professional’, and Leonardo Queiroz (Cogna Group), as ‘Marketing Professional’.
E Sergio Gordilhopartner, co-president and CCO of Africa Creative, was chosen as ‘Agency Leadership’.
The Best of the Year honor was created with the aim of recognizing professionals and companies that stood out in the advertising market throughout the year, marked by new challenges, such as the use of generative artificial intelligence, and the debate on inclusion and diversity in the market , in times of ESG.
Among the criteria adopted to choose the finalists, creative performance in awards such as Cannes Lions, business performance and the role of professionals in developing strategies that led brands to gain relevance in the media were taken into account.
