The Europa League and Conference League will have a new home in Brazil from next season. A CazTV closed its first agreement with UEFA for men’s tournaments, and will have both for the next cycle involving the 24/25, 25/26 and 26/27 seasons. The information was given by Gabriel Vaquer, from the F5 portal.
It is worth remembering that in June, CazTV reached a specific agreement with UEFA to broadcast last season’s women’s Champions League final, between Barcelona and Wolfsburg. Still according to F5, Casimiro Miguel’s platform will have the right to all competition games, without yet knowing whether to maintain its traditional delivery via YouTube e Twitch.
Dessa forma, a ESPNthe current holder, will not have the rights to broadcast UEFA tournaments next season, which has not happened since 1994. Other channels, such as Disney, even made renewal proposals, but were unsuccessful.
Soon, CazTV will also broadcast the 2023 Club World Cup and the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
