With the aim of aligning itself with global strategies, Publicis Groupe announced, this Tuesday (5) changes in leadership in Brazil. Starting with the command of Leo Burnett Tailor Made in Brazil and the creation of the new position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) in the group.
Fernando Diniz will become CEO of Leo Burnett Tailor Made in place of Marcelo Reis, who will leave the agency. Diniz had been at DPZ for seven years and was responsible for two phases of transformation and restructuring of the agency, such as the name change from DPZ&T to DPZ, in July 2022.
At Leo Burnett Tailor Made, Diniz can count on the support of Fbio Brito on his team. Brito has already worked at the agency as Regional Director, Business VP and now assumes the position of COO. In advertising agencies, Brito worked at Dentsu and McCann.
Andra Fernandes, Senior Executive – Marketing and Business, takes over as Chief Operating Officer (COO), a new position in the group. Under her management will be the areas of Marketing, Technology, Operations, Strategy and New Business.
His background mixes stints at companies like Ambev and Kraft Heinz, technology startups, and advertising agencies like Africa and DM9.
