Gustavo Souza will be responsible for coordinating the company’s product and solution strategies for Google Brazil customers
Google announced that Gustavo Souza will take on the role of new general director of advertising products and customer solutions at Google Brazil.
In his new role, he will be responsible for coordinating the company’s product and solution strategies, covering a range of advertising solutions, including ads on Search, YouTube, Display Network and programmatic media platforms.
“I am pleased to take on this new area at a time of technological changes so accelerated by recent advances in artificial intelligence. We want to continue helping our customers advance in their digital transformation journeys with the best Google solutions,” said the executive.
Gustavo has been at Google for almost 10 years and, before taking on the new role, he was responsible for customer relationships in the Education, Telecom, Real Estate Market, Delivery verticals, among others. He has also led sales, marketing and digital transformation teams at companies in other segments, including SulAmrica, Nextel, Cyrela and Votorantim.
