Daniel Moreira assumed the position of Customer Relations Director at TIM. With expertise in the telecommunications sector, Moreira has held several leadership roles at the operator, from sales director in the northeast region to the most recent role as national sales director.
According to the company, Daniel’s promotion reinforces TIM’s continued commitment to investing in a differentiated customer experience. TIM also informed that it plans to continue innovating in the customer service journey, in a new era increasingly integrated with advances in Artificial Intelligence, especially with the TAIS virtual assistant, launched in 2020.
In this new chapter, Daniel Moreira will take on the responsibility of strengthening humanized relationships with customers while driving technological innovations.
