Space, located at Allianz Parque, in SP, has capacity for 3 thousand people
Parque Mirante is one of the most coveted spaces at Allianz Parque, in So Paulo. With a capacity for around three thousand people and an average ticket of R$3,000, it has hosted more than 50,000 people at shows such as Rod Stewart, Paul McCartney and Amigos.
In addition to the partnership with WTorre (manager of Allianz), as explained by Fernando Ximenes, partner of the venture, it meets the demands of sponsors, includes incentive marketing events and is in negotiations to have its own sponsor for the four thousand square meter rooftop rea.

Profile
Our objective is to meet the profile of demanding customers who seek comfort, amenities and an exclusive environment for their events. Parque Mirante offers a premium experience, with modular spaces that adapt to the different needs of events, from pre-show talks to exclusive parties. We seek to provide not just a location, but an environment that reflects the excellence and exclusivity desired by brands and companies.
Promo
We have already hosted prominent events, such as YouTube Brandcast, Spotify, Veja Comer & Beber, as well as Amazon Prime broadcast parties. Renowned companies still seek out Parque Mirante for experiences for guests at games and shows, as was the case with the brands Cartier and Arezzo.
Marketing
We offer great opportunities for incentive marketing. Backstage Mirante and the Torcedor Mirante program are concrete examples, providing exclusive experiences for participants, including premium access to games, shows and personalized benefits.
Incentive
We present significant potential for incentive marketing, with its structure associated with the prestige of the events held in the arena. We have built a model where companies that want to create recognition and motivation programs for their employees can explore various opportunities. We occasionally serve sponsors of events that take place in the arena through negotiations brokered by the responsible promoters.
Partnership
The project is the result of our negotiation with WTorre Entretenimento, the entertainment-focused arm of the WTorre group and current manager of Allianz Parque. After countless conversations, we came up with the perfect plan to meet the demands of both parties. Parque Mirante is part of the Arena Viva project at Allianz Parque, which aims to transform the place into a social space 24 hours a day, seven days a week, becoming an entertainment hub for the region and the city of So Paulo.
Sponsorship
We are still in negotiations with some brands for sponsorships and have already started conversations about possible naming rights. Today, the house has partnerships for specific sponsorships in certain games and/or shows. Around 50 thousand people have already passed through the space, the average ticket per person is R$3 thousand.
Expertise
Our group has another space, located in front of Ponte Estaiada, Varanda Estaiada. Parque Mirante operates on three business fronts: as a multifunctional space for social and corporate events, in addition to providing the Torcedor Mirante and Backstage Mirante fronts. The Torcedor Mirante program presents a new concept for watching football games in the arena. With capacity for 160 people, the space offers cinema seats and a mezzanine with exclusive furniture, as well as an open bar and food. Backstage Mirante offers a complete experience for customers and brands to enjoy their idols’ shows, with an innovative architecture that cannot be found in any stadium in Brazil. In addition to all the comfort and exclusivity of a box, premium track access is also available, which combines the quality of service with the best view of the arena.
