TIM teamed up with Globo and invited singer Ludmilla to perform together, for the first time, a live broadcast through the fifth generation network at New Year’s Eve in Copacabana.
With “LudCam TIM 5G”, viewers had, in real time, the artist’s exclusive perspective straight from the stage.
According to the operator, between 8pm on December 31st and 2am on January 1st, customers transferred more than 10 terabytes of data, the equivalent of sending or receiving 9.7 million photos and videos on WhatsApp or almost 30 thousand hours of video on YouTube.
The 5G transmission was carried out directly by Ludmilla, through a smartphone connected to TIM’s 5G, during the song “Maldives”. The action was developed by BETC Havas.
