Paulo Shindi’s mission will be to integrate the data intelligence department and spread the culture to bring more assertive communication solutions and results
Using data and insights to drive customer results will be the challenge for Paulo Shindi, who has just assumed the role of data director at WMcCann.
The agency chaired by André França reinforces its investments to integrate the data intelligence department and disseminate the culture in the agency. With a 15-year career, Shindi worked at CargoX, Asics, Leroy Merlin and Grupo Restoque, and has already worked with Tecban and Intel.
“Paulo’s mission will be to integrate the data intelligence department and disseminate the culture at the agency to bring more assertive communication solutions and results. We want the agency as a whole to increasingly drink from this source of data and, from there, have a holistic and creative vision to truly connect brands and consumers”, emphasizes André França, president of WMcCann.
The executive holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP, with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Stanford University.
