O Geek Game Fest (GGF), festival of electronic games, will present its first edition at the Corporate Park Shopping Brasília/DF on December 4th and 5th, with ticket sales through the Sympla platform.
Among the Geek Game Fest attractions will be lectures and meetings with influencers and Youtubers, two Free Play arenas, experience in virtual reality games, exhibition and accessories store, lounge and food court.
In the Free Play arenas, the GGF will have championships of Free Fire, Valorant e Fortnite with the participation of members of the BR League, weedzão e Dacruz. Other confirmed guests are Gordox, Muca Muca e Flakes Power.
In addition, the event will host a Child Cosplay contest, with cash prizes ranging from R$500 to R$200 for the first three places, with the aim of attracting children up to 12 years old.
The Geek Game Fest will be hosted by journalist and content creator, Eldo Gomes, which will stream live on its Instagram profile for lovers of the geek and gamer universe. The narration of the games will be done by Isa e Montoro, and e-Sports lecture will be conducted by Moacyr Alves, ambassador of MK + Academy.
Electronic games have been gaining more and more strength on Brazilian soil, with a greater number of spectators in tournaments of e-Sports than in football matches, in the country that is recognized for such sport.
