Thinking about being part of the festivities, MAC Cosmetics announced a partnership with Anitta and will be present at all the “Anitta Rehearsal” shows, which travel throughout the country and provide “warm-ups” for the singer’s blocks.
According to Ana Bernab, director of the brand in Brazil, the idea of teaming up with the artist is part of MAC’s expansion strategy in the country. “With the aim of increasing brand awareness and traffic to the stores and website, we entered into this partnership, as Anitta has a strong presence among the young public, an important segment for MAC”, explained the executive.
With the partnership, MAC is responsible for the makeup that the singer uses throughout the 11 rehearsals and 2 blocks that will take place in Salvador, Florianpolis, Brasilia, Fortaleza, Recife, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Vitria, Curitiba and São Paulo. For the general public, the brand will distribute gifts, such as visors.

In this way, MAC, Anitta and Carnaval become the perfect combination and bring the brand’s artistic authority to the public and the market”, said Ana.
According to the executive, the partnership between the brand and the singer was also due to the harmony of values.
