With Soiree Cultural and Roda de Conversa, Mostra Cultural highlights architecture as an integral part of the history of São Paulo.
O Shopping Light, located in the city center in front of the Municipal Theater, hosts, on January 10th at 10:30 am, the inauguration of the Cultural Exhibition in celebration of the 470th anniversary of the city of I know Paulo. Curated by Maurcio Coutinho, a renowned expert in art and architecture, the free exhibition highlights the influence of architecture as an art form and its significant impact on our everyday lives.
Still in a celebratory mood, on January 20th, on the Shopping’s rooftop, located on the top floor of the building, there will be a Cultural Soiree open to the public, with music, dance groups, independent authors, poets, a children’s book fair and artists painting live.
The event will feature live music by international double bassist, Zrr Santos, who has accompanied Elza Soares, Martinho da Vila, and many other Brazilian artists.
Furthermore, on January 23rd, at 6pm, there will be a free Conversation Circle about the beauties of architecture in the center of São Paulo, with the participation of architects, decorators, teachers in the sector, authorities from Iphan and the DPH/Dept. . Historical Heritage.
