Caito Maia tells what the brand’s plans will be throughout the year to reach December with a turnover of R$ 1.4 billion
Chilli Beans has a goal for 2024: to achieve revenue of R$1.4 billion, R$200 million more than planned for 2023.
To reach the brand, the retailer outlined some plans for the next 12 months, such as opening more stores and kiosks, in addition to launching 42 collections and expanding the brand’s presence internationally.
“We know that 2024 will be challenging. But we always look ahead, roll up our sleeves and go forward with optimism and serious work. It will be a year full of challenges and achievements, just the way we like it”, said Caito Maia, CEO and founder of Chilli Beans.
Regarding campaigns, the executive said that the brand will have 68 campaigns and produce more than 10 thousand pieces between online and offline.

What are Chilli Beans’ expectations for 2024?
Like all Brazilian retail, we know that 2024 will be challenging. But we always look ahead, roll up our sleeves and go forward with optimism and serious work. We hope to expand our network and open more stores and kiosks – especially Chilli Beans. We are going to launch collections that will resonate with customers and we want to further expand our international presence, in new countries. It’s going to be a year full of challenges and achievements, just the way we like it.
How are the preparations going for the 2024 Chilli Mob Cruise? What can the public expect from the new edition?
We are already at full steam, preparations begin months in advance. lots of detail, idea, novelty. Anyone who embarks with us can expect the biggest ship of all time, filled with artists, shows, parades, activities and lots of cool things to do, see and enjoy. Only those who have been there know how.
How many collections does Chilli Beans intend to launch this year?
In 2024 there will be 42 themed collections, including Chilli Beans and ethics. More than 3,000 different products including sunglasses, prescription glasses, multi glasses and watches – it’s crazy! There’s something for everyone, for every taste.
Could you open up the licensing that Chilli Beans will have this year?
We just launched one of the collections that I liked the most: Bob Marley, an idol! The pieces were so beautiful. And this year we will still have Chilli Hits with Luiza Sonza and Leo Santana, Kopenhagen, Star Wars, NBA, Alok, Rock in Rio and lots of cool stuff for various audience profiles.
What is Chilli Beans’ revenue target this year?
Our goal for 2024 is to earn R$1.4 billion reais.
What campaigns are planned for this year?
There will be 68 campaigns, including products, collections and institutional, for the two brands. Every year, we produce more than 10 thousand pieces, both online and offline.
What are Chilli’s partner agencies?
We have an internal house, responsible for all our creation: House Chilli Beans. We occasionally hire production partners, photos, recording, studio, casting, etc.
Last year, Chilli presented a collection that featured models made by AI. Does the company intend to continue investing in AI this year?
Yes, certainly. This is a super valid tool, it is available to everyone and, with creativity and boldness, we will generate more cool things, as we have already done
