On the first day, Tati participated in the panel ‘What’s behind lasting brands in the beauty and fashion sector?’ alongside entrepreneurs Manu Carvalho and Taci Veloso, mediated by influencer Bia Napolitano.
“I want to be able to influence people and also be influenced a lot. Being able to share a little of my journey and observations over more than 15 years with Cross is very rewarding. More than ever, achieving great performance in the current market context requires us to know how to divide and multiply. It is urgent to exchange EGOcentrism for ECOcentrism. What is at stake is the collective good as an essential premise for achieving individual good. The saying that no one does anything alone has never been so visceral,” said Tati.
Among the more than 3 thousand participants at the event were owners of their own brands, entrepreneurs and many influencers, in other words, an audience looking for more knowledge on how to improve their digital and sales strategies to scale their respective companies and profiles to a better level. . In total, there were 30 speakers, more than 20 hours of content and 10 workshops made available by Influence Brazil.
“In my opinion, networking goes far beyond meeting people. Networking result. Therefore, we have to be increasingly attentive to the way we relate to people. Not just meet and talk, but listen, be interested and be interesting. That’s the perspective I tried to convey during the panel,” she commented.
