A piece created by AlmapBBDO in partnership with BBDO New York anticipates the campaign that will be presented at the NFL final
M&M’s announced the launch of the teaser for its campaign that will be presented during Super Bowl LVIII, which will take place on February 11th.
The piece, created by AlmapBBDO in partnership with BBDO New York, is titled ‘M&M’S Almost Champions Ring of Comfort’.
The film features the brand’s characters providing “comfort” to the three NFL Hall of Fame legends who narrowly missed out on winning the traditional championship ring, namely Dan Marino, Terrell Owens and Bruce Smith.
In the campaign, the ‘almost champions’ are presented with the brand’s ring, made up of real diamonds made from an unusual ‘raw material’, peanut butter.
When the ring is opened, a secret interior compartment reveals a mini replica of a football stadium, designed to house a single peanut butter M&M’S.
