Meanwhile, when contacted, Globo released an official note about the case.
According to the broadcaster: “Globo is constantly attentive to the content that circulates on its programs and works with different mechanisms to combat fake news, as well as using tools that aim to preserve the copyright of its content. Furthermore, we would like to reinforce that official information about all programs on its schedule is made available by Globo on its official profiles and on the Gshow website.
YouTube also shared a similar stance.
According to the video platform: On YouTube, all users must follow the Community Guidelines. We have developed a robust set of policies and systems to give visibility to trusted content and reduce the spread of misleading information. A user who believes they have found content on YouTube that does not comply with our policies can file a report and our team will analyze the material.
