With the mission of adding new perspectives to the strategy and planning area at the agency, the executive returns to the market at the invitation of Renata Bokel, who takes over as CEO in March 2024, after a year dedicated to personal projects. With over 18 years of experience, Agatha has a solid and consistent track record as a planning professional, helping brands achieve their business objectives through a more holistic approach, combining innovation, creativity and efficiency.

Advertising, graduated from Csper Lbero and postgraduate in Sociopsychology from the Fundao Escola de Sociologia e Política de São Paulo and from the executive creative leadership program at THNK Creative Leadership School in Amsterdam, Agatha Kim was VP of Strategy at BETC HAVAS, understanding the areas of strategy, content and BI, for brands such as Reckitt, Peugeot, CitrenHershey, TIM, sugar powder and Petrpolis Group. His career also includes stints at companies such as Avon and Diageo, as well as JWT and W3haus. In 2021, she was nominated for Cabor in the professional planning category. Juror for Effie Brasil, Latam and Global, AME Awards and Gerety Awards, she also participated in award-winning projects. Cannes LionsEffie and The One Show, among others.

Agatha Kim was born in So Paulo, the daughter of Korean immigrant parents. In addition to advertising, she mentors social projects and is one of the participants in the Korean-Brazilian feminist collective Mitchoss. A year ago, she left the market to fulfill her dream of opening her own bookstore, Aigo, focused on narratives of immigration and diaspora.
