Young Desire Barros, a marketing analyst at Stone for over three years, decided to share her joy during the last weekend in a carnival block, using Stone’s official account on Instagram instead of your personal account.
As the saying goes, once on the internet, forever on the internet, shortly after the incident, images of the young woman were already going viral on social media, with many users having fun with the situation, but worried about whether the analyst would be fired.
Some companies, like Language App Duolingoknown for his active presence on social media, especially on X (formerly Twitter), took advantage of the situation to interact with internet users. “If they fire you, I’ll hire you,” joked the app’s official profile on X.
Despite being a delicate situation, which could have led to the young woman being fired for just cause and even lawsuits for moral damages, Stone opted for a more relaxed approach.

Meanwhile, on her personal profile, Desire commented on the amount of attention she has received following the mess.
She’s been missing from Instagram for obvious reasons: I can’t handle so many messages. But I wanted to thank everyone so much for their love. Everything is fine, my leaders calmed me down the entire time and treated me with great care. My job is safe, said the young woman.
