Mirum won the Schutz account and will work with a focus on digital performance, data management and analysis and e-commerce. The agency’s scope includes the management, operation and optimization of campaigns focused on performance for e-commerce; study and analysis of the user journey; analytical management of the website and application; and integration of data collection.
According to the agency, the initiatives seek to guide decision-making and ensure positive impacts on indicators for areas of digital marketing, commercial and the business as a whole.
The client will rely on the Magrathea agency’s proprietary tool powered by Mirum, which combines first-party data and enables data-driven management of the business, delivering a greater return on investment in data.
The agency’s team will also work with Shopping Experience Discovery, a project with a proprietary methodology that evaluates more than 30 pillars of effectiveness in Schutz’s e-commerce operation, from technology to unboxing.
