Live marketing agency celebrates 11 years at Joia On Board – a cruise with employees
11 years ago, partners Flavia Morizono and Daniela Helena Sanzone, recognized professionals in the field of corporate events, conceived the creation of Joia, a live marketing, activation and corporate events agency. The duo’s purpose was to offer clients actions with assertive strategic direction, creating impeccable brand experience projects based on intelligent management of the available budget.
To celebrate the agency’s anniversary, the partners sought an even greater purpose with clients and employees, which gave rise to a transformation called the Era of Experiences, with a new positioning, new values and new internal policy, focused on welcoming employees. And that’s how the Joia On Board project came about – a cruise with employees in which employees were taken to a get-together on the high seas in order to feel the same experience experienced by their customers.
Flavia Morizono, managing partner, explained the repositioning, the events became experiences and that’s why even our logo was updated. We have internal policies linked to health and well-being among our team. Every month we have a moment of our own and, in December, the end of year party was on a special cruise with our people. We want to value the individual. The managing partner, Daniela Helena, highlighted the importance of employees in this new phase, our transformation is made by creative and courageous, innovative and passionate people. This is what makes the difference in our experiences. We are in constant transformation. With a growth of 69% in the last semester, the agency has clients such as: Grupo LOccitane, Grupo Po de Acar, Hemisfrio Sul Investimentos, TikTok, Hospital AC Camargo, FGV, Sephora, JCB construction equipment, Localiza and Volvo Trucks, among others.
