The digital revolution has completely changed people’s expectations and demands. And this, necessarily, impacted the business. But, given this scenario, are Brazilian brands prepared and digitally mature?
The answer to this question is detailed in the book Panorama Mindset Digital, launched at the beginning of this month by Brivia. The material is the result of research completed in 2023 that mapped the opportunities and challenges of digital transformation in various sectors in the country.
According to Brivia’s CSO, Roberto Ribas, this is one of the most complete mappings ever carried out in Brazil on the topic.
Our group is an ecosystem for brand transformation, and we come across projects at different stages of maturity in this matter. Although many issues are specific to each business, the research showed us that there are converging paths of action, especially within the sectors themselves, says Ribas.
Challenges and paths
Com insights In detail, the publication reveals the average maturity in 15 different sectors, offering a clear view of the brands’ current innovation and technology scenario. Furthermore, it is not limited to just collecting results, but also points out ways for the continuous improvement of the relationship between companies and their various audiences.
The book and the research are contributions that we seek to offer for the advancement and success of digital initiatives in different segments of the Brazilian economy, reinforces Brivia’s CSO.
The research was created based on the premises of the BXM (Brand Experience Management) Digital Maturity Score, a model developed by Brivia with the aim of supporting companies in assessing the maturity level of their digital transformation initiatives. Objectively, this methodology assesses how prepared a given brand is to face the new transformation scenario.
Through a questionnaire answered individually by professionals from Brazilian companies. The survey analyzed how six important pillars are functioning within the context of digital business maturity: customer centricity; digital culture; scanning; data-driven learning; responsive offer; and purpose and community.
The results of these questionnaires were further explored in the book, which presents overviews of the average maturity of each sector, main highlights and biggest challenges. The work is available for downloadfree of charge, in this site official.
