During the last month, Scooby won the Nazar Tow Surfing Challenge, the main big wave championship in the world, together with his compatriot Lucas Chumbo. In addition to being one of the biggest names in big wave surfing on the planet, Scooby has increasingly stood out as a communicator, evolving and discovering himself in the profession.
In addition to his recent work with Caz TV, such as when he commented on the Pan American games in Santiago last year, the surfer also stood out as a commentator for the SporTV channels during the WSL in 2023, at the Jeffreys Bay and Teahupoo stages, adding transmitting the experiences of an athlete who has surfed in these places.
Recently, Scooby also got his own show on Under Pah, one of the biggest podcasts in the country, reaching the mark of 20 episodes on air and with several videos with more than 1 million views.
