A Bullet announces a significant investment in the business area, aligning strategies to strengthen its presence both in the international market, with a focus on the United States, and in the Brazilian market. The team is now led by Carol Ribeiro, Vanessa Silva and Jonas Fortes, reporting to CEO Fernando Figueiredo.
Carol Ribeiro (CBO), previously in New York, moves to Miami joining forces with Fernando Figueiredo, who has been stationed there for a few years. The decision to change the agency structure to Brickell reflects Bullet’s commitment to intensifying its operations in the USA, with the professional concentrating efforts on New Business for the country.
In Brazil, Bullet moves its team with strategic promotions. Vanessa Silva, previously head of Account, was promoted and takes over as head of Business. Now, he maintains responsibility for serving the agency’s clients, but also takes on the challenge of capturing new business opportunities with clients already served, strengthening existing partnerships.
Jonas Fortes, returning to the agency for three years and former head of Account, takes over as business director. The professional will focus on developing events, in addition to leading the team dedicated to this area, reporting to Vanessa Silva.

The agency’s portfolio includes accounts from some of the biggest brands and market leaders, such as: Bauducco, Coca Cola Brazil, Coca-Cola Latam (serving the brand in more than 30 countries), Free market, Ypin addition to clients such as Andorinha and Ipiranga.
