Lilian Natal arrives with the mission of fostering discussion on the role of large cities in the sustainable development of the country
Festival Cidade do Futuro hired Lilian Natal to be the new head of marketing. With a history in the innovation ecosystem and stints at companies such as Bossa Invest and Distrito, the executive arrives with the mission of promoting the festival and its role in discussing the future of large cities and businesses in line with sustainable development.
Graduated in Communications from Umesp, Lilian specialized in Marketing from Ohio University (USA), a postgraduate degree in Psychoanalysis and an MBA in Strategic Business from FGV. She has more than 23 years of career, and has worked for companies such as Bossa Invest, Distrito and SPTuris, where she worked in the areas of Marketing, Startups, Innovation and Customer Success.
In 2017, he co-founded the award-winning startup Play2sell, invested in by Brazilian and international funds. She led several innovation initiatives, was a member of the ALE-Ambev Startup Ecosystem Leaders Program, and is a professor of the EAD postgraduate course in entrepreneurship and innovation at HSM.
