GM hired Guilherme Arruda as the automaker’s senior director of marketing and brand for South America. The executive will be responsible for the areas of Branding, Content, Events, Media, CRM and Digital Platforms, and will report directly to Chris Rego, executive director of GM Latam marketing.
Guilherme arrives to lead the implementation of a brand strengthening strategy connected with performance and technology, at an important moment for the company, which is leading the movement towards more sustainable mobility in Brazil and around the world.
With more than 20 years of experience, Guilherme worked for companies such as Terra and RIOT and, in the last 12 years, he worked at Google, where he led the business strategy in different sectors, such as Consumer Goods, Technology, Retail, Automotive, in addition to Advertising Agencies.
