In recent days, the high level of drama, accusations of betrayal and actions of revenge have dominated conversations, both offline and, especially, online. It could be the last chapter of a soap opera, or the love life of a famous artist, but the plot was in real life and warmed the audience’s spirits, going viral on social media.
And since most Brazilians like a good story full of twists and turns, the Kwai selected some of the most successful soap operas on the platform so that we can continue to enjoy the dramatic vibe while we wait for the next developments. But here’s the spoiler: any similarity is mere coincidence, or not.
- He cheated on her 16 times – The plot, created by the profile Markelly &m Ao tells the story of a woman who found her boyfriend cheating on her several times. In all of them, he swore that he loved her and that she deserved a new chance.
- He had two girlfriends (+624.2 thousand views) – One fine day, two girls bump into each other on the street, and one of them’s cell phone falls. When one of the girls picks him up off the ground, she is shocked to find her boyfriend’s photo as the background on the other girl’s device. They argue and then realize that they had the same boyfriend for years. Together, they decide to plan revenge. The mini-soap opera created the Dirio Abertoo profile, which has more than 1.8 million followers and 16.8 million likes.
- I bring (+2.5 million views) – Just one mistake can end your life. This is the theme of the plot of the Bondade Existe profile, which has around 4.1 million followers and 63.9 million likes. The mini-soap tells the story of a husband who cheats on his wife and loses all his assets in the divorce.
- They tried to separate us (+593.8 thousand views) – A woman enters the room looking for her boyfriend and finds him cheating on her with her sister, who reveals that they had been having an affair for some time. The script was created by Thamaraflix, which already has more than 10.7 million likes and 813.5 thousand followers.
- The other – In 2022, the meeting took place between actress Gabriela Spanic, best known for her role as Paola Bracho in the soap opera A Usurpadora, with Markelly Oliveira. Together, these talented women joined forces and skills, resulting in the production of truly iconic episodes for a miniseries that quickly became a phenomenon on the platform.
