Marcia Esteves takes office at Abap























CEO and partner of Lew’Lara\TBWA, executive and the first woman to lead the entity

The Brazilian Association of Advertising Agencies (Abap) brought together the main market leaders on the 21st, at the Tomie Ohtake Institute, in São Paulo, to celebrate the inauguration of president Marcia Esteves, current CEO and partner of Lew’Lara\TBWA . The executive is the first woman to lead the entity founded in 1949. Marcia Esteves will take charge of the position in the 2023/2025 period. In her inauguration speech, the president highlighted that her management focus will be on recovering the value of the agencies. The new Abap’s mission is to continue the great work carried out by the previous management, but with a very clear proposal to focus on rescuing the agency’s values, proving that agencies not only survived in this new scenario, but are also vital to the market and to the evolution of society.
