Action by Casas Bahia aims to consolidate presence and bring more personality to CB
CB, Casas Bahia’s virtual influencer, announced his debut as a metaverse streamer gamer, this Friday (18).
In addition to performing live broadcasts, CB will interact with the public in chat, using a technology developed for the project, which is led and produced by a partnership between the companies Via, Meta and 3C.
“Since we announced Nobru as Creative Head of Games at Casas Bahia, we have jointly created actions to connect CB and the brand to the gaming universe. And nothing better than turning CB into the first gamer streamer character of the metaverse to make this presence tangible once and for all,” said Flávia Laginha, Executive Manager of Marketing and Social Media at Via.
CB accepted Nobru’s invitation to play an open map within Free Fire. “When I started working with Casas Bahia and had contact with CB, who is always present in the posts, interacting with us in photos and everything else, I started to imagine what it would be like if we could bring him to play with us in a live. What was born as a crazy idea, ended up becoming reality. More than technology and innovation, we are revolutionizing the brand’s presence within the universe of games, bringing it to our metaverse and I’m gaining another friend to bump into my lives”, said Nobru.
The brand’s action, which is already part of the gamer universe, seeks to further consolidate its presence, bringing more personality to CB and transforming it into a typical young Brazilian, passionate about games and an integral part of the community.
According to Paulo Aguiar, CCO of 3C Gaming, currently digital influencers are more than a trend and have already become a reality for the market, with new ways of communicating and bringing the public closer. “We are looking for an innovative way to speak directly to the community. Since streams have become one of the most genuine ways for the audience to connect with their favorite games and the personalities of each game, bringing CB to their own lives is a way to connect the brand directly with the entire gamer scene, putting the influencer digital to participate with other names in the scene, such as Nobru, Cerol and others”, said Aguiar.
CB’s debut as a streamer will be broadcast on Facebook Gaming, starting at 7pm.
