Bioma Food Hub, an innovation and business center for the food and beverage sector, is promoting the lecture ‘Future Food: New technologies to bring the future to the present’ on April 2nd, at 5pm. The event will be held at the Bioma Food Hub headquarters, in Vila Olmpia, in So Paulo.
The talk will cover the main trends that are shaping the future of food, such as artificial intelligence in food production, cultured meat and the personalization of nutrition. The event will also present the eight main trends of SWSW 2024 on the Food trail. SWSW is one of the biggest technology events in the world and the Food track brings together experts and companies that are innovating in the food and beverage sector.
Demetrio Teodorov is one of the main names on the scene when it comes to Future Food. He studies and develops technological solutions for the production of new inputs and foods. He is also a board member, speaker, professor and product and innovation executive.
