Heloisa Franco and Dani Gli arrive to develop and expand opportunities for the agency
DM9 announced that it is reinforcing its leadership team with the hiring of Heloisa Franco, as executive business director, and Daniela Glicenstajn (Dani Gli), who, in addition to the same position, will also be the agency’s head of growth.
Heloisa began her professional career in 2002, at Age Comunicaes with the Nike and Dell Computadores accounts. Afterwards, she was invited to work on the sports brand’s communications for Latin America.
She was also account director at Peralta StrawberryFrog, until arriving at the Nature.co group, where she has worked for the last 12 years. At the beauty giant, she took on the role of brand and sustainability manager for Avon, in addition to leading the brand’s ESG processes.
With more than 25 years of experience, Dani has worked for agencies such as Ogilvy, Wieden+Kennedy, Media.Monks, David and Lowe and, throughout her career, has led accounts, managing relationships and processes for clients from the most varied segments.
In recent years, it has played a key role in developing strategies, partnerships and processes for new or organic growth in companies.
