Uber, the most used transportation app in the world, made available last Wednesday, February 16, a function that allows users to see how many stars they received from the driver on their trips. The stars are a rating mechanism that happens by both the employee and the passenger.
Even though the tool existed for everyone, Uber users only had access to an average of the stars that drivers gave them overall. However, now passengers can see exactly how many stars and which stars they received after their travels. The rating can range from 1 to 5.

According to the service, the information can be found in the app’s privacy tab. In this part of the service, passengers can see a summary of how they use Uber. On this page you can view different data in addition to the number of stars received.
The app also released a list of the 10 American cities in which drivers rate passengers the best. The top of the list was occupied by San Antonio, St. Louis and Nashville, respectively. But speaking of the cities with the worst users, the situation is not so good for New York, Seattle and Washington, which were at the bottom of the list.
With the information made available, users can also get an idea of what data the company collected while using the application. Those who use Uber can make a copy of this information, but it is important to note that this does not prevent the service from continuing to track the data.
