With the partnership, the company is launching a campaign and will finance the training and maintenance of the team's sports equipment
The L'Oreal Group has entered into a partnership with Team Naur. The movement aims to use the Olympic year to establish the company's commitment to sport, diversity, equity and inclusion.
The partnership resulted in the launch of the Minha Beleza, my inspiration campaign, which shows the history and journey of athletes from the team founded and led by athlete and Paralympic medalist Verônica Hiplito.
“The partnership of the L'Oral Group in Brazil with Naur means believing, in practice, in the Paralympic movement, in the capabilities of people with disabilities and showing that these are only characteristics, and not incapacities, examples of overcoming or impediments. believing in diversity and join the anti-capacity struggle”, said Vernica.
In addition to promoting the campaign, the L'oreal Group will also finance the training and maintenance of the sports equipment for the team's 81 athletics and swimming athletes, in addition to promoting social projects in the same modalities for more than 185 young people in situations of social vulnerability and some type of disability.
Our long-standing commitment to DE&I and partnership with Team Naur comes at a time when we are also beginning to understand ourselves as a Group. A collective of people who, together, have the power for transformation and social impact. The Naur athletes are the purest expression of beauty, strength and resilience, and we want to have them around to tell this story together to our employees, but also to the public in general, added Marcia Silveira, head of DE&I at Grupo LOral in Brazil.
