Communication created by T&P powered by Mirium has several activities that will take place throughout the month
Whiskas announced the launch of the “Guardians of the Purrs” campaign, which aims to embrace the cause of “Orange April”, a global movement dedicated to raising awareness and combating animal abuse.
The communication, created by T&P powered by Mirium, features several activities in support of the cause that will be presented to the public throughout the month.
Between April 6th and 7th. the brand distributed copies of the book “The mystery of ronronado”, created in partnership with Fernanda Suaiden and with illustrations by Rodrigo Cordeiro, at the Parque Villa-Lobos Library. In addition, educational booklets with useful information and practical tips to ensure animal welfare were also distributed.
“We are very excited to promote these actions during the month of April, a crucial time to raise awareness about abuse and alert the population about the issue. We believe that education is fundamental to creating happy and healthy homes for pets, and we are committed to making a difference in the lives of animals”, said Tainá Corazza, Whiskas spokesperson.
The brand will also hold a free castration campaign at the AMPARA Animal Population Control Center, where 200 cats living in shelters will be neutered and available for adoption.
Finally, to promote greater knowledge on the topic, Whiskas will also carry out several actions on its social networks, sharing educational information, cat care tips and inspiring adoption and rescue stories, encouraging followers, partners, customers and friends to join the cause and become guardians of the purrs.
