The union of the two companies should have revenues of R$12 billion
Arezzo&CO and Grupo Soma chose Tátil Design for the branding project that will direct the new brand. The two companies announced the union at the beginning of February this year.
The merger of the two Brazilian fashion giants, with 34 brands and a combined turnover of R$12 billion, will make the group the largest fashion conglomerate in Latin America and expand opportunities for global expansion.
The group’s brands include Arezzo, Schutz, Animale, Farm, Hering, Reserva and NV.
Recently, the companies’ CEOs, Fred Gelli (Tátil Design), Alexandre Birman (Arezzo&CO) and Roberto Jatahy (Soma) met to discuss the first ideas and the strategic platform of the new brand.
“It is an honor to be on this journey of uniting the two most important fashion groups in Brazil and with such potential to take Brazilian creative strength to the world”, said Fred Gelli.
