The milkshake chain Milky Moo, which has more than 350 stores spread across Brazil, has just announced its sponsorship of jiu-jitsu athlete, Elaine Palazzo. The native of Goiás is the champion of the sport in the Brazilian Championship (2023), the International Master (2022), runner-up in the World Master in Las Vegas (2023) and a bronze medalist in the South American Championship (2023). With the encouragement of the fastest growing milkshake franchise network in Brazil, Palazzo embarked for Florida, where he competed, until March 24, for the podium at the 2024 IBJJF Pan-American Championship, winning third place.
The 36-year-old winner from Goiás is a black belt and fights in the Featherweight category. In addition to having technical skills, a lot of physical strength, the athlete is concerned with psychological and emotional preparation and support.
“Our support for Elaine Palazzo in recent months goes beyond recognizing her triumphs in sport. It reflects our commitment to ESG practices, emphasizing the importance of gender equality, supporting motherhood in sport and investing in local talent. We believe in the power of sport as a transformative tool, capable of promoting social inclusion, education and personal development” says Lohran Soares, founding partner of Milky Moo.
